Soon Microsoft Teams logging in and out will become easier. Now you don’t have to worry about secure logins anymore!
The thing that most online users fret about is data security and secure access platforms. In doing so they manage multiple login accounts on secure electronic signing software which is more like an extra hassle for Microsoft Teams users.
The Microsoft Office 365 video conferencing app has claimed that they are upgrading the current version. It is expected that it would drastically improve the signing-in process for e-signature tools.
With this update Teams, users will just have to log in to signing platform account once a month instead of whenever need be.
Microsoft Teams e-Signature
The company has listed on the official page that users will experience easy login and logout for e-sign approval. So, it will allow users to sign out of any e-signature software account, which was not possible.
It should be a welcomed move by users who use electronic signing tools for security purposes. It will also attract new users to such platforms who intend to use these tools for documents as they do not have to repeat the login process every time.
Although this update is still under development, however, initially Microsoft issued it will be rolled out in May 2022.
This would be released to Microsoft Teams users around the globe including web, desktop app, and mobile app users.
Microsoft Teams is aiming to provide a secure platform for its users and this update is another step in that direction.
Last year, Microsoft rolled out end-to-end encryption to thwart cyberattacks. Hence, prevent hackers from gaining access to Teams and chats to protect user privacy and data security.
For security reasons Microsoft Teams features like recording, transcription, and Call options including merge, companion, transfer, and group call will not be available.
Microsoft is focusing on user security with recent Microsoft Defender Security Solutions and now Teams e-signature updates. Seems like Microsoft apps are getting more secure for valuable information data storage and delivery.
